Use this template when you are hiring a new full time or part time employee on a fixed term contract. A fixed term contract creates an employment relationship between you (the employer) and your new employee only for a fixed period of time or until completion of a specific task or project. This template agreement covers issues such as duties, remuneration, leave, work health and safety and termination. It includes:
